Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office operations, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, document preparation, and meeting arrangements.
- Assist management with travel bookings, reports, and presentations.
- Manage office calls, visitors, and office supply inventory.
- Support HR tasks and take on ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3–5 years of administrative experience.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new tools.
- Proactive and committed to providing quality support.
