[What the role is]
Join our dynamic team at the Office of Staff Development and play a pivotal role in shaping staff capability development and career development to meet RP’s organisational needs.[What you will be working on]
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Partner key stakeholders to support staff capability development through projects such as strategic workforce planning, competency framework development and implementation; design, develop and implement capability development plan to support RP’s strategic priorities.
• Review and evaluate relevance and effectiveness of staff capability development related policies and guidelines.
• Participate in business process reviews to develop user-centric systems that support staff capability development needs.
• Support in preparing management reports and analytics dashboard to support staff capability development related decision making
• Oversee administration matters, address staff queries and ensure the smooth operation of processes.
[What we are looking for]
• Relevant qualification in Human Resources or Business Management, or its related fields.
• At least eight years of relevant work experience in Strategic Workforce Planning and/or Learning and Development, with familiarity in progressive learning and development practices and trends.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, project management, presentation and writing skills.
• A team player who is able to work independently, adapt in complex and ambiguous situations and comfortable with taking a hands-on approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digitally-savvy to learn new digitalisation tools.
• Some experience with Workday HCM, SAP HR, Robotics Process Automation, Low Code Automation and AI Application will be advantageous.
