We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Officer, Property Administration Support (Part-Time/Casual) to assist in the smooth coordination of daily operational activities across Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Sales/Reservations.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to gain exposure to hotel operations in a part-time capacity.
The successful candidate will support administrative tasks, operational coordination, and follow-ups to help enhance overall efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to the Operations team to ensure smooth execution of residence activities.
- Prepare and update operational reports, staff duty rosters, logs, checklists, and internal documents.
- Assist with data reconciliation, data entry, filing, and documentation related to departmental performance and guest services.
- Maintain inventory records and assist in the ordering of supplies as needed.
- Any other duties as assigned by Operations Manager, Cluster General Manager and owner's representative.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Hospitality or Business Administration (preferred).
- 0–1 year of experience in hospitality, operations, or administrative support; fresh graduates with an interest in hotel operations are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with hotel PMS is an advantage
