JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Liaise with various statutory board, government department (i.e,HDB,PUB,MOM etc) and sub-contractors to ensure smooth executive works.
· Resolve public concerns/feedbacks/complaints relating to project.
· Organize and co-ordinate both planning and ad-hoc rectification works in the upgrading precinct.
· Assist Project Manager in all other documentations.
· In charge all public relation duties and customers enquiries.
· Prepare and submit monthly reports, weekly updates, and other materials as when required.
· Promote positive relationship with stakeholders.
· Participate in project meetings.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· At Least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Hardworking, helpfulness, independent, initiative and teamwork.
· Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering -Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
