Your team
You'll be working in the GWM COO Front Support Office team in Singapore.
The role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of documentation and providing critical support to Client Advisor/ Client Advisor Assistant & other partners.
Your new role
- Perform negative news searches during client onboarding
- Review results and eliminate false hits using established guidelines and policies
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve open hits, and escalate adverse news and risks appropriately
- Prepare accurate and complete internal documentation based on search results
- Proactively identify gaps in current process against global due diligence policies
What you'll need to succeed
- Working knowledge of AML/KYC policies and requirements within banking
- Interest in research
- An eye for detail and adept at identifying irregularities
- Good analytical skills
- Fluency in reading and writing English and Mandarin (as the role requires review of Chinese documents)
