About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Online Data Collector to support our data research and information management projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, verifying, and organizing information from online sources and databases to maintain accurate and up-to-date datasets.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and compile information from websites, public databases, and online directories
- Organize and update data in Excel spreadsheets or internal data systems
- Verify accuracy and consistency of information before submission
- Support research or reporting tasks as assigned by the project team
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity at all times
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with online research tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in data entry, research, or administrative support is an advantage
