How you succeed
Degree holder, with a minimum of 1–2 years of credit and sales experience covering local SMEs preferred.
Self-driven and willing to take on initiatives to drive the overall business strategy.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers.
Sound analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyse company financials.
Innovative, dynamic, and results-oriented.

What you do
Solicit new business loan opportunities through active acquisition of unsecured loan products.
Understand the business lifecycle of small businesses to help them expand and provide prudent financial solutions.
Demonstrate good credit acumen with the ability to mitigate financing risk and ensure portfolio robustness.
Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to nurture and grow new business and partnerships.
Who you work with
Work with stakeholders to ensure new business loans onboarded are of good quality.
Facilitate the loan application for customers and ensure a positive experience from the start.
Qualifications
A degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, or marketing.
At least 3 years of sales experience in a business banking or related field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects.
Strong business acumen with a good understanding of financial products and services.
Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
