Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle movements
- Respond to phone and email enquiries professionally
- Prepare and issue Delivery Orders, invoices, and related documents
- Liaise with the commercial team to assist in quotation preparation
- Provide administrative support to the operations team
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior or Management
Requirements
- NITEC in Business Services or Diploma in Business Administration
- 1–3 years of relevant working experience preferred
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Positive attitude and ability to work with culturally diverse team
- 5.5-day work week (able to work overtime if required)
