Receptionist cum Admin Support
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone calls as required & direct enquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Administer fax reception, distribution & transmission
- Assist in arranging Courier services & manage office stationary
- Assist office staff with ad-hoc admin matters when required
- Hotel and travel arrangements
- Processing Sales Invoice
- Sorting & filing delivery order/invoice
- Check and arrange for outstanding Delivery
- Physical goods received
- Open letter box
- Mailing letter if any
- E-Invoice submission (NUH, Covance, Roche, Lonza, etc)
- Any other ad-hoc duties required
