- Providing daily administrative support to the Operations Manager.
- Assisting in budget development.
- Training new hires.
- Enforcing safety protocols.
- Improving efficiency and output of various departments.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Conducting research and analysing data to identify solutions to problems.
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimise operations.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators.
- Participating in meetings and presenting findings to senior management.
Requirements:

- Able to go on site and work
- Self discipline to follow company's protocol
- To follow up and file up documents on site and filing up documents accordingly.
