Job Responsibilities
Manage cleaning operations while establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to guarantee satisfaction and service quality.
Conduct regular client surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Develop, review, and implement operational plans that enhance work procedures and elevate service quality.
Analyze operational performance data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee the control and allocation of resources, including personnel, cleaning supplies, and equipment, to various project sites.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement processes to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations during all cleaning operations.
Conduct regular safety training sessions and audits, maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Create and implement effective scheduling strategies for team deployment, ensuring adequate coverage for all projects.
Coordinate transportation logistics for the delivery of cleaning supplies and equipment to project sites.
Develop and enforce maintenance schedules for all cleaning tools and equipment to ensure operational efficiency and longevity.
Oversee repairs and servicing, maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities.
Implement quality control measures and conduct regular inspections of cleaning operations to ensure service excellence.
Address any service issues promptly and effectively, providing solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
Maintain comprehensive records of operations, including schedules, resource allocation, safety audits, and client communications.
Prepare regular reports for management on operational performance and areas for improvement.
Participate in strategic planning sessions to contribute to the growth and development of cleaning services.
Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments as directed by management to support operational goals and business needs.
Requirements
Diploma or Professional certificate in Environmental, Management or equivalent fields.
Min 3 years’ experience in environmental services and managing facilities sites.
Able to communicate and partner well to users and clients.
Understanding of employment and foreign employment act.
Hands on experience include chemical handling.
