About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to lead our cleaning teams and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of cleaning operations, and a commitment to employee development and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage workflow, training of new employees, and provide ongoing supervision of staff's overall work performance and job satisfaction.
Manage overall staff motivation, discipline, and performance according to organizational, human resource, and government manpower policies.
- Operational Management:
Oversee the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
Plan and schedule cleaning operations and manpower deployment across various sites to meet contractual requirements and specific client needs.
Liaise with clients to ensure quality service delivery and resolve feedback or complaints effectively.
Oversee assigned job sites according to manpower and site requirements to achieve profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Training and Safety:
Oversee effective on-the-job (OJT) training on equipment and skills, including the latest implementations such as robotics and updated health policies, to maintain high standards of work.
Ensure all teams adhere to safety measures and protocols during cleaning operations.
- Administration and Planning:
Facilitate budget planning for smooth workflow and operations.
Recruit and interview new applicants and conduct effective performance reviews for team members.
