We are looking for a senior transformation leader to design and implement a next-generation cost management framework that unifies operational and financial data into a single, intelligent system of record.
This role will be at the forefront of driving enterprise-wide cost transparency, accountability, and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a standardized cost architecture integrating simulations, reporting, and actual cost capture.
- Establish advanced cost analytics, automation, and real-time monitoring to support both tactical and strategic decisions.
- Build a digital Cost Control Tower with predictive insights and variance detection.
- Drive cost ownership and transparency across departments through protocols, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and IT to align data, processes, and systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or Maritime-related field.
- 15+ years in cost control, FP&A, or enterprise performance management within the shipping industry.
- Deep expertise in activity-based costing, ERP systems, and financial transformation.
- Proven experience in automated cost tracking and advanced analytics solutions.
