Summary:
This is a dynamic role requiring exceptional leadership skills to manage day-to-day operations of a food stall.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and training staff, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
In addition, the operational manager will deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.
Manage daily operations including food preparation, service, and cleanliness
Supervise, train, and schedule staff to achieve optimal performance
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock efficiently
Ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain high standards of cash handling
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant regulations
Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and improve stall performance
Foster positive relationships with customers, respond to their needs, and resolve any issues promptly
Experience in F&B operations or similar management roles
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Awareness of food hygiene and safety regulations
Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
