Job Responsibilities
- Handle accident repairs, own damage/third-party claims, and insurance briefings.
- Coordinate with hirers, contractors, workshops, vendors, insurers, and settlement teams to close cases efficiently.
- Monitor accident vehicles, liaise with contractors for quotations, and update claims/repair status.
- Raise excess invoices, billing, and notification letters to clients based on GIA reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly accident/claims summaries.
- Conduct driver roadshows on accident handling procedures.
- Manage accident replacement vehicles and monitor collection after repairs.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
