Alternate Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Compensation & Benefits
June Bonus: 1–2 months

Job Responsibilities
- Represent the company professionally as a frontline employee.
- Identify and respond to customers' needs by providing appropriate technical advice.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including customers, contractors, and workshops.
- Prepare quotations and raise work orders accurately and promptly.
- Raise job orders to workshops and contractors; liaise with them on service quality and pricing.
- Follow up on vehicle service/repair progress and update customers accordingly.
- Manage service schedules and vehicle collection arrangements.
- Conduct basic investigations into customer complaints and provide recommendations within company guidelines.
- Escalate critical issues to Supervisors when necessary.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE N / O Level, NITEC, or Diploma qualification.
- 1–3 years of working experience in the automotive industry or workshop environment preferred.
- Able to communicate in both English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
- Proactive, independent, and a good team player with positive work attitude.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with all levels of staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
