Min O levelMin 1 year of administrative experience What you'll be doing on the job
maintaining inventories of office supplies and pantry itemsin charge of all outgoing and incoming mails/packages (eg courier services, external deliverance)Pick up mail from the letterbox and distribute to the relevant departmentPrepare and send emails (eg ITQ, Service Reports etc) to VendorsRaise Purchase Order, follow up on approvalProcess invoices, co-ordinate and follow-up on vendors submissionEnsure all PO/Invoices are recordedDraft term contractsFollow up with tenants on document submissions (eg service reports etc)Follow up with Finance on payment issuesAssist Finance to clear outstanding invoices (Bank reconcile)Ensure POs are GRNed and/or cleared (eg cancel) in system
