Our esteemed client, an established company, is searching for an Operations Admin Support:
Job Responsibilities:
- Process and verify orders / customer requests / invoices, resolving discrepancies swiftly
- Maintain and update critical data in Excel and our internal databases
- Assist department heads with projects, documentation, and day-to-day admin tasks
- Coordinate with colleagues to gather information for precise record-keeping
- Prepare and dispatch insurance documents and technical drawings to customers
- Arrange external transport for machinery delivery and collection
- Manage customer orders and enquiries with professionalism and speed
- Handle filing, scheduling, document prep, and incoming call
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles preferred
- Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Natural multitasker with strong verbal communication skills
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 2,600 +Variable Bonus
- Working Location: Tuas (Company pick-up provided)
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday + Alternate Saturday, 8am - 6pm
