We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Administrator to join our close-knit team.
In this role, you'll be essential in coordinating various administrative, sales, and logistics tasks to ensure our operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate freight shipments and collaborate with freight forwarders and warehouse suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare shipping documents and manage warehouse inventories to maintain accurate records.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the sales team, addressing order and delivery inquiries.
- Issue sales contracts and other critical documents, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Maintain and file all documentation meticulously to avoid loss.
- Prepare operational reports and manage cash handling securely.
- Support the Sales Manager with organizing sales and marketing activities.
- Oversee office administration and handle additional tasks as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma holder with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word; experience with order processing IT systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is advantageous for interacting with stakeholders.
