Responsibilities
To assist in the staff trading mailbox queries from Covered Persons (via telephone and email).
To assist in the generation/rectification/reconciliation of the following reports on a daily basis:
HR feed on staff movement
Broker Accounts
Broker Trade Feeds
Semi-Annual Declaration
Initial Broker Accounts and Holdings
To monitor and perform follow-up actions such as investigation on any staff trading violations
Updates to the Pre-Trade Clearance System (PTCS) on staff's movement (e.g. New User ID creation for new hires/ resignation/transfer)
Password reset in PTCS
Annual PTCS User Access Reviews
Maintenance of all the PTCS User Guides
Keep the PTCS training materials and FAQ for overseas entities updated
Administrative matters such as filing
Skills/Requirement
0-3 work experience in operations Admin role
Degree/Diploma in Finance (or equivalent)
Good exposure on MS office
