About the Role

We're looking for a Operations Administrator Executive/Supervisor to support the end-to-end lifecycle of our driver-partners & platform users — from onboarding and engagement to issue resolution and retention.

You'll play a vital frontline role in ensuring our driver-partners have a smooth experience on our platform.

This includes managing walk-ins, processing driver applications, resolving app and payout-related queries, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

In addition, you'll assist with day-to-day office administration and basic accounting tasks to keep our operations running efficiently.

This role suits someone who is hands-on, people-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

You will serve as the first point of contact for driver walk-ins and digital support channels such as chat, email, hotline, and social media.

You will guide drivers through the onboarding process, including registration, document verification, background checks, and account activation.

You will also conduct driver training and orientation sessions to ensure they understand platform features, incentive structures, and compliance requirements.

The role includes monitoring driver account activations, withdrawals, and engagement metrics, as well as reviewing and updating driver FAQs, SOPs, and internal documentation.

You will participate in driver networking, recruitment, and engagement campaigns to support growth, while tracking operational KPIs and identifying areas for improvement.

For driver support and issue resolution, you will manage inquiries and cases across multiple channels using internal CRM and ticketing tools such as JIRA.

You will troubleshoot app or account issues, escalate them when necessary, and ensure timely, accurate resolutions according to service-level standards.

You will also provide feedback to product, policy, FAQ, and operations teams based on recurring issues to enhance the overall driver experience.

On the administrative side, you will handle daily office functions including attendance, leave tracking, expense claims, petty cash, and record keeping.

You will assist with basic accounting duties such as expense reconciliation, invoice tracking, and driver payout documentation.

Additionally, you will manage office inventory and pantry supplies, coordinate vendor services, assist with team scheduling and meeting coordination, prepare operational reports for management review, and maintain accurate task updates in internal systems such as JIRA.

Requirements

You should possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Operations Management, Customer Service, or a related field, with 2–5 years of experience in operations, customer service, or frontline support.

Experience in mobility, logistics, fleet rental, last-mile, carpool or delivery platforms will be an advantage.

Candidates with basic accounting knowledge or bookkeeping experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong service mindset, and be proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Teams or JIRA will be a plus.

The role requires someone who can communicate effectively in English, with fluency in any local dialects considered an advantage.

You should be highly adaptable, possess strong multitasking, problem-solving, and time management abilities, and be a proactive team player comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
