Your Responsibilities
- Provide support to various teams in oversight and coordination for day-to-day operations
- Work with and support all the teams and external partners to implement and ensure timely, consistent, and high quality services
- Oversee the scheduling and management of manpower across all deployment
- Handle all daily operational issues, administration, and communication and ensure that we are internally updated and synced
- Manage operations and administration such as scheduling for meetings, presentations, preparing, and following up for appointments across different stakeholders
- Develop, maintain, and implement systems, SOPs, and other operational resources internally and with external partners
- Actively manage and update databases and maintain the filing of confidential and personal data across our various backend systems from various sources
- Work closely with our external stakeholders, such as the government agencies and schools, for administration such as claims documentation and reports
Who we are looking for
- Has a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in operations and administration
- Is strong in working and networking with people
- Takes the initiative, can be independent, and positively influences your team and colleagues
- Is resourceful, result-driven, and can problem-solve
- Can manage multiple tasks and priorities in a complex and dynamic environment
- Likes to learn and is able to learn on the job
