Operations and Events Executive
The primary role is to manage daily operations and execute events for clients based in Singapore or global markets.
Job scope:
· Manage day to day operations such as assignment of jobs to both in-house and external drivers for both local and global requirements.
· Monitoring service performance of local and global drivers to ensure consistency in service standards.
· Handling clients' emails on bookings.
Foster strong business relationships with existing and new corporate accounts, ensuring consistent business follow-ups.
· Plan, execute and manage various events around clients' global transport requirements.
· Engage in client servicing work and customer support from acquisition, onboarding, active customer support and on-site execution.
· Take charge of project coordination for events.
· Work closely with clients, external vendors and contractors to ensure smooth operations for every event, including but not limited to coordination of timeline, manpower, logistics and housekeeping matters.
· Take initiative and be versatile with the type of events covered.
Requirements:
· Degree/Diploma in Event, Business Management or similar.
· At least 2 years of relevant experience in the same field will be a value-add.
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress.
· Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Basic Mandarin speaking.
· Motivated individual who is independent with a positive working attitude.
· Meticulous to detail and understanding client requirements.
· Flexible with working hours for event period
· Willing to work on weekends when required.
· Responsible and committed to work.
Able to manage multiple projects efficiently and set personal priorities for work.
· Adaptability and resilience.
