We are seeking a highly organised and driven
Operations and Project Management candidate
to lead strategic projects from planning to execution.
A core project that this candidate will be working on involves the end-to-end management of a 2-year asset- and place-based community animation programme designed to connect residents with their neighbourhood assets.
Through this, the programme aims to positively influence participating residents’ behaviours and environments for improved health and well-being.
The candidate will be working closely with the Skillseed team (trainers, marketing, admin and finance) to deliver projects seamlessly, on time and with high impact.
Job Role – What You Will Be Doing
Project Planning & Delivery
Lead the overall planning, and execution of programmes, ensuring alignment with objectives and timely delivery of milestones and reporting directly to Skillseed’s Managing Director
Develop, maintain, and track detailed project timelines, workplans, and deliverables
Anticipate risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep programmes on track
Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for all programme stakeholders, including senior management, community leaders, residents, and external partners.
Build and sustain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders (internal and external), ensuring smooth coordination and collaboration across different levels
Identify opportunities for and establish meaningful partnerships that add value to programme outcomes
Training & Programme Coordination
Work closely with Community Subject Matter Experts, Skillseed trainers and Skillseed admin and finance staff in coordinating training schedules, materials, venues, and logistics to ensure high-quality delivery
Monitor the training experience of participants and implement feedback loops for continuous improvement
Operational & Administrative Excellence
Ensure meticulous documentation, reporting, and monitoring of the progress of programmes
Track budgets, contracts, and resource allocations to ensure compliance and efficiency
Develop clear frameworks, tools, and operational processes to support smooth execution
Impact Measurement & Reporting
Define and track relevant indicators of success, including resident participation, programme quality, and behavioural outcomes
Prepare and present regular progress (and final) reports, impact updates, and evaluation findings to stakeholders and funders
Job Requirements – What We Are Looking For
Professional Experience & Skills
Proven track record (5+ years preferred) in project management, preferably in community development, social impact, or training-related projects
Strong ability to manage complex projects with multiple moving parts, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment across both internal operations and external programme delivery
Exceptional organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail and follow-through
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage comfortably with both senior management and community residents
Demonstrated ability to form partnerships and work collaboratively across diverse stakeholders to align expectations, resolve issues, and maintain smooth delivery across touchpoints
Solid experience in operationalising projects independently, from conceptualisation to execution and evaluation

Other Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Social Sciences, Community Development, Public Health, Business Administration) or equivalent experience
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Notion, MS Project, Asana, Trello)
Availability for occasional evening/weekend community engagements, where required (time-off will be provided)
Strong writing and presentation skills; familiarity with report writing
Projected Start Date
We are looking for a candidate who is available to start as soon as possible, ideally by mid November 2025.

Contract Terms
– A 2-year full-time contract with competitive remuneration (between $5k to $6.5k), commensurate with experience.
There is potential for renewal beyond the 2-year contract term based on company performance and mutual agreement

– Hybrid working arrangements (in-person and remote work), with 2 days WFH, 3 days WFO, and adjustable start/end times daily, with occasional evening/weekend commitments to engage with community activities (with Time-off provided)
