Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing and logistics operations for high-tech hardware products.
Lead supply chain and production planning to ensure timely customer deliveries;
Manage materials, capacity, and inventory to align with demand forecasts;
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures aligned with quality and compliance requirements;
Drive cost efficiencies and monitor manufacturing and logistics KPIs;
Oversee global logistics, customs documentation, and freight cost optimisation;
Conduct supplier sourcing, audits, contract negotiations, and risk assessment;
Collaborate with R&D to ensure manufacturability of new designs and manage engineering change processes;
Support warranty and repair workflows as well as assist with facilities management at the office;
Maintain records to meet international safety and environmental regulations
Requirements
Tertiary education in Electronics Engineering, or Supply Chain Management would be an advantage;
At least 5 years of supply chain or operations experience in an electronics or hardware manufacturingenvironment;
Strong background in production planning, ERP systems, and inventory control;
Prior exposure to supplier management, cost optimisation, and logistics coordination;
Familiarity with lean methodologies;
Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently;
Good people management skills, and ability to work well in a team.
