What You’ll Do
The Courier Controller is responsible for managing courier operations at the headquarters, ensuring efficient routing, manpower deployment, and service quality across multiple shifts.
This role supports strategic logistics initiatives and maintains operational continuity through a structured shift rotation.
Routing & Deployment
Ensure smooth handovers between shifts and maintain continuity of service.
Plan and monitor courier routes to optimize delivery efficiency and reduce idle time.
Coordinate with dispatch teams to ensure timely deployment and coverage across all shifts.
Manpower & Performance
Track attendance, punctuality, and performance of riders and drivers.
Support manpower forecasting and cross-deployment strategies for high-demand periods.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
Maintain accurate logs and generate shift-wise performance reports.
Stakeholder Engagement
Liaise with internal departments and external partners to align courier services with operational needs.
Support onboarding and training of new staff for shift-based operations.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in logistics or courier operations, preferably in a shift-based environment.
Strong organizational and route planning skills.
Ability to manage multi-shift teams and coordinate across time zones.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics software.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work 12-hours rotating shift work
