We are looking for a service-oriented Operations Coordinator to be the main point of contact for our corporate clients.
In this role, you will manage clients' inquiries and resolve issues.
Job Description & Requirements
- Respond to corporate clients' inquiries and feedback.
- Process vehicles registration and update company inventory database.
- Prepare quotation repairs.
- Maintain schedule for vehicle servicing.
- Maintaining company vehicles insurance records.
- Follow up with insurer and authorized workshop on the accident case (if any)
- Provide support to clients during emergency situations and vehicle break down
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, operations or relevant fields.
- Ability to work independently.
- Responsible, team-player and organized.
- Proficient in MS Office.
