**Job Description:**
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for maintaining excellent service levels for internal and external customers through accurate data entry, continuous process improvement, and prompt resolution of issues.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage communication with clients, carrier brokers, and other offices/facilities for customer service and administration requirements.
- Process all documentation related to the movement of clients' inventory into and out of the facility accurately and timely.
- Verify and process all documentation appropriately, respecting legal liability requirements.
- Ensure all orders are processed promptly according to client requirements.
- Confirm bills of lading and ensure correct entry into systems.
- Maintain inventory integrity by processing authorized adjustments.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Maintain professional communication with internal and external customers.
- Document shipping errors accurately.
- Update and maintain all working instructions, ensuring ISO quality compliance.
- Assist with dispatch planning and control.
- Coordinate daily client KPIs for internal and external stakeholders.
- Pursue continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service levels.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
- 3-4+ years experience in Contract Logistics / 3PL industry.
- 2-3+ years customer service and administrative/data entry experience.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of order entry and warehouse management systems.
