Salary: Up to SGD 7,500 / month + bonuses!
Location: Pasir Panjang MRT
Key Responsibilities
Own product operations: Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and related data to ensure smooth commercial execution.
Manage customer operations: Oversee quotations, invoicing, fulfillment, and after‐sales support to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Drive operational efficiency: Work with sales, finance, and backend teams to streamline the order‐to‐delivery cycle.
Analyze and improve performance: Track key metrics such as GMV, gross profit, customer penetration, and retention; propose solutions to improve profitability and efficiency.
Lead process improvements: Develop operational strategies covering product listings, marketing plans, and customer solutions.
Stakeholder management: Build strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Data‐driven decision‐making: Provide actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction, reduce errors, and support business growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related fields.
3–7 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or account management — preferably in fresh food, F&B, or perishable goods sectors.
Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin‐speaking customers and suppliers.
