Responsibilities:
Deployment Strategy & Site Management
Identify, evaluate, and acquire high-traffic locations for AXS kiosks.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with locality providers (eg., retail malls, HDB etc.).
Ensure deployed kiosks meet business objectives (accessibility, transaction volume, ROI).
Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments before installation.
Project Management & Execution
Oversee end-to-end deployment projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget installations.
Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Logistics, Field Service) and external vendors for smooth rollouts.
Manage deployment schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure all installations comply with regulatory standards (MAS, PCI DSS) and landlord requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation (site agreements, permits, compliance records).
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Liaise with kiosk manufacturers, logistics partners, and locality providers to uphold SLAs.
Resolve deployment-related disputes or delays proactively.
Build long-term relationships with key partners to secure prime locations.
Process Optimization
Develop and refine deployment workflows to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Explore automation tools (e.g., GIS mapping for site selection, digital checklists).
Analyze deployment metrics (lead time, cost per unit, success rate) for continuous improvement.
