About the Roles
This permanent position as an Operations Executive / Customer Service Executive – Air Freight is based at Changi Airfreight Centre.
The role follows a 5.5-day workweek, with hours from Monday to Friday, 1.00PM to 9PM, and a half day on Saturday on remote standby.
The package includes a basic salary up to $2,800 plus Variable Bonus, offering strong benefits in a key logistics hub.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the full air freight shipment process from departure to final delivery.
- Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and ground handling teams to ensure smooth and timely movement of cargo.
- Deliver prompt customer support, address client queries, and handle delays or issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate shipment documentation, including customs forms and Air Waybills.
- Work with internal teams to improve workflows and suggest enhancements to service standards.
- Assist with projects and other tasks assigned by the Manager.
What We're Looking For
- One to two years of experience in logistics, air freight operations, or customer service.
- Familiarity with air freight documentation, systems, and standard procedures is advantageous but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
