Responsibilities
Coordinate cargo operations for Company products and ensure seamless handling from loading to discharge
Coordinate vessel movements, cargo handling, and port operations to ensure smooth execution of voyages.
Manage blending processes and maintain quality standards as per Company standards
Handle vessel scheduling, chartering and regulatory compliance needs
Monitor vessel performance, bunker consumption, and voyage profitability.
Monitor discrepancies and conduct investigations on cargo quantity and quality
Implement measures to minimize losses during transportation and storage
Handle laytime calculations, demurrage, and claims.
Responsible for voyage P/L reports
Collaborate with surveyors and inspectors to ensure accurate documentation of cargo volumes and quantities
Identify trends in losses and propose corrective measures
Vessel vetting, handle vessel clearance through cross department check to ensure both compliance and safety requirement.
Identify operational related costing
Update, maintain and provide reports and statistics data to other business units and management
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in any discipline
2 to 3 years of experience in oil cargo operations in a trading house/oil major
Demonstrate good understanding of shipping and operations
