Operations Executive (Customer Service Centre) - RA (ID: 7751) Industry Travel/Tourism Specialization All Admin/HR Position Level Junior Working Hours 12pm to 10pm (5Days) Responsibilities Our client, an Online Marketplaces for Travel Services is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of their customer service center.
* Attend to walk-in enquiries related to travel services, bookings, or promotions.
* Provide professional and courteous assistance tailored to the needs of clientele.
* Coordinate logistics and arrangements for promotional roadshows and customer engagement events.
* Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the service centre.
* Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to support operational activities.
* Ensure customer feedback is documented and escalated when necessary.
* Monitor inventory of brochures, forms, and other customer-facing materials.
Requirements * Prior experience in customer service, travel agency, or operations coordination preferred.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Proficient in basic administrative and coordination tasks.
* Must be able to commit to weekend work as part of the regular schedule
