Operations Executive (Customer Service Centre) - RA

Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in enquiries related to travel services, bookings, or promotions.
Provide professional and courteous assistance tailored to the needs of clientele.
Coordinate logistics and arrangements for promotional roadshows and customer engagement events.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the service centre.
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to support operational activities.
Ensure customer feedback is documented and escalated when necessary.
Monitor inventory of brochures, forms, and other customer-facing materials.
Requirements
Prior experience in customer service, travel agency, or operations coordination preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in basic administrative and coordination tasks.
Must be able to commit to weekend work as part of the regular schedule.
