What you'll do:
Collaborating closely with the Dojo Programme Managers to support the seamless execution of learning operations.
You will play a critical role in delivering a high-quality learning experience for course participants by managing logistics, providing onsite training support, handling procurement, and overseeing course registration and funding processes.
Onsite Training Support
• Coordinate with facilities to ensure training rooms are fully set up accordingly daily, including AV equipment, room configuration, and signage.
• Oversee food and beverage arrangements for training sessions, ensuring timely delivery and quality service.
• Greet participants, distribute materials, and provide responsive onsite assistance to support a smooth training experience.
• Prepare training materials in advance, accurately track attendance, and manage daily logistical operations.

What education and experience you have
• ITE or Poly Diploma holder
• About 1 to 5 years working experience
• Experience in the IT and/or professional services industries is a plus.
• Experience in learning operations or training administration will be an advantage.
