Job Responsibilities:
Create job posting on different social media platforms
Identify and pursue potential members or clients through various sales channels, such as cold calling, networking, referrals and job fairs
Guide the new members on the registration process in the platform system, job requirements as per client request, payment and benefits
Job matching of candidates based on the staffing needs and work schedule for clients with our own automated system
Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants about the responsibilities, groom standards, salary and benefits of the job
Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points

Candidates with prior experiences in manpower outsourcing will be advantageous
