Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Operations Executive to support project delivery and fieldwork execution.

This role involves coordinating resources, managing Associates, and ensuring high-quality data collection for client organisations across diverse projects.

What Will You Do

Project Management

  • Collaborate with project teams to understand scope and requirements
  • Analyse manpower needs and secure approvals for Associate hiring and payment rates
  • Develop and manage fieldwork plans including timelines, resources, team structures, and contingency plans
  • Allocate and schedule fieldwork resources to meet project milestones
  • Manage fieldwork progress and data quality; provide updates and resolve issues proactively
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain and update Associate databases; develop payment guidelines

Associate Management

  • Recruit and onboard Associates for fieldwork roles
  • Ensure complete documentation for contract preparation
  • Track and manage distribution of company assets
  • Process payments accurately and on time.

  • Maintain performance feedback records to support future recruitment

Fieldwork Execution

  • Conduct fieldwork: interviews (phone/in-person), mystery audits (phone/in-person), and participant recruitment
  • Ensure accurate data entry and adhere to project protocols
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all field engagements
  • Address respondent queries promptly and respectfully

What It Takes To Be In This Role

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, market research, or related roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal, listening, and interviewing skills
  • Detail-oriented and organised
  • Proactive, solution-focused, and comfortable working independently and in teams
  • Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends, based on project needs
