Job Purpose
The operation executive will assist Senior Operations Executive in supporting daily operations, particularly in documentation, reporting, and client coordination.
This role provides hands-on exposure to operation functions in a professional environment, offering valuable industry experience for students or recent graduates.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Reporting
- Assist in preparing inspection reports for clients.
- Support in report issuance to clients.
- Assist in month end billing
Client Support
- Assist in processing renewal of certification with MOM
Ensure timely communication and document delivery to clients.
- Hands-on Industry Experience: Gain practical experience in preparing report, business administration & coordination, and workflow management.
- Process Improvement & Learning: Contribute to operational process enhancement initiatives.
- Professional Skill Development: Strengthen communication, problem-solving and project coordination abilities.
