Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing shipping documents (delivery orders, invoices, packing lists).
Support product packaging, labelling, and shipping arrangements.
Liaise with third-party logistics providers and track delivery status.
Assist in order data entry and system updates.
Support inventory counts, material organization, and stock record updates.
Assist finance team with order reconciliation, invoicing, and document filing.
Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Google Sheet & MS Office (Word, Excel).
Interest in e-commerce operations and back-end processes.
Learning Outcomes
