Job Description
As an Operations Management Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating vehicle dispatch and receipt
- Conducting initial assessments of vehicle damage
- Assigning vehicles to workshops for repair
- Communicating with customers regarding vehicle readiness
- Collaborating with administrative teams on repair priorities
- Developing repair scopes for complex repairs
- Assisting in recording repair work completed
Requirements and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess excellent strategic planning, leadership, and multitasking skills.
A strong background in management is essential.
Working Hours and Schedule
Our standard working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:30pm, with Saturdays being 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Sundays and public holidays are days off.
