Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Management Professional to oversee the day-to-day activities of our cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities
- SUPERVISE AND COORDINATE SHIFT OPERATIONS: Ensure that all shifts are staffed and running smoothly, conducting daily pre-operation meetings with team members.
- PROVIDE ON-THE-JOB TRAINING: Train employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- MANAGE DAILY AND PERIODIC CLEANING WORKS: Ensure that all scheduled cleaning tasks are completed as per plan, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- ATTEND TO CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS: Respond promptly to customer complaints, resolving issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain STAFF PUNCTUALITY AND DISCIPLINE: Foster a culture of professionalism, ensuring that staff adhere to company expectations and standards.
Requirements
- ABLE TO WORK MIDNIGHT SHIFT: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
- ABILITY TO WORK OVERTIME: Willingness to work extended hours to meet business needs.
- ISLANDWIDE LOCATIONS: Ability to travel to multiple sites daily, working across various locations.
- EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients.
- AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the cleaning sector.
