- Supervise contractors for planned maintenance, ad-hoc work, routine checks, and preventive strategies.
- Source and negotiate with contractors for repairs and replacements according to specifications.
- Prepare monthly and incident reports related to the site.
About You:
- Degree in Facilities Management or relevant specialization required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar property types with proven management abilities.
