This role is centered around managing and coordinating operations to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling work shifts, ensuring efficient manpower deployment.
You will also be involved in coordinating transportation activities to achieve cost-effective and timely deliveries.
Additionally, you will assist in budget planning and cost management, while optimizing inventory, equipment, and supplies processes.
Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including procurement and sales, is essential for aligning operational activities.
The ideal candidate will support the development and review of operational plans to enhance work procedures and service quality.
Key responsibilities include guiding teams in handling incidents and emergencies on the road and on-site, as well as providing updates on incidents to relevant stakeholders.
Assisting in addressing client complaints and preparing monthly job reports are also integral aspects of this role.
Minimum qualifications include a NITEC certificate and at least 2 years of related working experience in the operations capacity, preferably in the Service, Logistics, or Cleaning industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication is necessary.
Additionally, ability to work on weekend shifts and ideally possessing a Class 3 Driving License with own vehicle is beneficial.
