Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall operations management of a portfolio of Coliving and Hotel properties.
- Lead and supervise all operation staff to ensure daily operations (including front office, housekeeping, property maintenance) is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Review operations processes and workflow to maximize operational efficiencies.
- Maintain excellent tenant service standards with effective internal/external service communication and provide great tenant experience at all times.
- Manage tenant feedback and complaints, and perform service recovery if required
- Establish strong relationships with all landlords, vendors, and contractors
- Conduct regular inspections of properties and perform preventive property maintenance promptly to keep the property functioning in good condition.
- Ensure compliance of safety & building regulations and all other statutory requirements.
- Manage the CERT team to ensure on-the-ground operations are well coordinated, drill, exercises and trainings are carried out as per schedule.
- Perform any ad-hoc task as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality, Business, Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of proven work experience in the Hospitality (specifically in Rooms) or Property Management industry.
- Hospitality experience in Coliving is advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills, and excellent at navigating in an unstructured environment.
- Good analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage and resolve conflicts equitably and in the most productive manner in accordance with the Group's values.
- Result driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
