Responsibilities
Manage daily operations to ensure seamless workflow and enhance efficiency across departments.
Lead process improvements, including developing SOPs, conducting audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
Oversee vendor and supplier relationships to maintain high product quality, service standards, and cost efficiency.
Analyze operational and quality data to pinpoint gaps and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Supervise, train, and mentor team members to uphold quality standards and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Diploma Holder.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in F&B and Event Management industry is advantageous.
