Job Title: Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional customer service, high-quality standards, efficient team performance.
They will supervise day-to-day F&B operations, monitor quality standards for food, beverages, and service.
Ensuring that health, safety, and hygiene standards are met in line with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

>- Manage operations to ensure smooth service while maintaining high-quality standards for food, beverages, and service.
>- Lead, train, and motivate F&B staff to deliver high-quality service.
Conduct regular team briefings, provide on-the-job training.
Assist with staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
>- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, complaints professionally efficiently.
Foster a positive dining experience by ensuring attentive personalized service.
>- Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, coordinate with suppliers as needed.
Assist in managing costs, labor, supplies, waste reduction.
>- Assist with budgeting, sales forecasting, reporting as required.
Support the F&B Manager with event planning, special promotions.

Requirements:
>
>- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an F&B supervisory role or similar position.
>- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management qualifications are a plus.
>- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of F&B operations, inventory management, cost control.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, thrive in a fast-paced environment.
>- Food safety and hygiene certifications are advantageous.
