Salary Range:
Up to $7000 Basic + Average 2 months Bonus
Job Responsibilities
Leading a team of service engineers by supervising, guiding and motivating for smooth operations and effective collaboration to achieve team goals.
Perform day to day management of the team in coordination, distribution and execution of scheduled and unscheduled works to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
Support the daily activities to a team of service engineers in analytical troubleshooting of technical problems, on-site maintenance of equipment and attending to equipment abnormalities if necessary.
Perform quality controls and ensure all contractual KPIs and requirements are met.
Ensure staff are trained to be competent in performing their work.
Review service reports and be prepared to address all variances.
Submit monthly report to Department Manager.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics or in a relevant field plus 5 years of experience in electronics or mechatronics working environment.
Experience in managing field support service activities.
Willingness to be on standby schedule if required.
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
Able to be on 24/7 standby if required.
