The successful candidate will be responsible for creating standard operating procedures as a team and managing daily kitchen operations with precision.
This will involve teaching staff to maintain food hygiene standards and workplace safety, while also assisting the head chef with cost management, quality control, and training new talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Food preparation, stock levels, timing, and kitchen cleanliness are all essential responsibilities of this role.
The ideal candidate must be able to maintain quality and safety in food preparation and presentation, while also managing kitchen operations efficiently and safely.
Additionally, they will support the head chef in managing kitchen costs and staff performance.
Requirements:
The minimum requirement is a degree holder with 2+ years of experience in a related field.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
They must also possess strong work ethics, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
As a Culinary Operations Manager, they will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating multi-tasking and adaptability skills.
Work Arrangements:
This role offers a competitive salary with annual increments, along with benefits such as medical insurance, annual leave, and public holidays.
A late-night transport service is also available after 11pm.
