We are seeking a dedicated and responsible leader to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination of staff and activities.
The ideal candidate will lead by example, maintain high service standards, and support the team in achieving operational goals.
Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Oversee setup, execution, and breakdown of events when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and service standards.
- Provide on-the-job training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with scheduling, inventory control, and reporting as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or events.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
- Experience in coordinating and supervising banquet events is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
