Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and track sales performance to achieve business targets.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers, while managing appointment schedules .
- Control expenses and implement cost-effective strategies to optimize revenue generation.
- Lead and participate in promotions, marketing activities, and staff training to improve service standards.
- Manage the opening and closing of the store and ensure adherence to operational procedures.
- Oversee product ordering and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate on marketing and advertising initiatives , both online and offline.
- Plan and execute campaigns to launch and promote new products effectively.
- Develop and expand marketing presence through digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high standard of service quality and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role, preferably in the beauty or hair salon industry .
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confident, dynamic, and customer-service oriented personality.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize costs .
- Creative mindset with experience in marketing and promotions .
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Strong track record of achieving business targets and growing revenue.
